Appointment Cancellation Policy:

A deposit will be required upon booking to secure your appointment, which will contribute to the cost of the appointment. We understand incidents may occur, so the first no-call no-show will be waived. and the deposit may be applied to a future rescheduled appointment. In the event of a second no-call no-show, unfortunately, your deposit will not be refunded, and any future appointments thereafter will require a new deposit to secure the appointment.

Confidentiality Policy:

  1.  All client information, including personal details, medical history, and treatment records, will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
  2. Client information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be granted.
